How do I edit an existing Review Generation template?

First, click the 'Review Generation' tab in Reputation Manager (RM). If you have existing 'Review Generation' campaigns, you will then need to select '+ Start a Review Generation Campaign'.

Under 'Choose your template', click the dropdown and choose the template that you want to edit.

If you select 'Duplicate', you can duplicate the template and then make edits.

Alternatively, click on the drop-down arrow and select 'Edit' to make changes to the template.

Then you can go ahead and make the edits to the template using the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to take you through to each section.
