Customer reviews are a great promotional tool, but before you add them to your website or marketing materials, you need to obtain the customer's permission.
Also, if you don't have a customer's permission, you can't display feedback or reviews using our 'Showcase Widget' tool.
You can get permission via a 'Review Generation' campaign in Reputation Manager (RM).
1. Creating a new 'Review Generation' campaign that includes permission
On the 'Campaign Type' page, select 'All responses' under 'Enable additional feedback step' on the 'Campaign Type' page.
a. Creating a new Email and SMS campaign with internal feedback
If you're creating a new email and/or SMS 'Review Generation' campaign with internal feedback, when you get to the 'Landing Page Settings' tab, click on the 'Positive Landing Page 1' tab.
Check the box called 'Ask customers if they’re happy for their feedback to be used as a testimonial on your website and marketing materials.'
Once checked, a message will appear on your landing page asking customers for permission to use their review on your website or in your marketing materials.
b. Creating a new kiosk and link mode campaign with internal feedback
If you're creating a new kiosk and/or link mode 'Review Generation' campaign with internal feedback, when you get to the 'Kiosk & Link Mode Settings' page, click on the 'Feedback Page' tab.
