Where can I send SMS Campaigns?

You can send feedback requests via SMS Mode in Reputation Manager (RM) if you’re sending to mobile numbers from the following three countries:

• The UK 
• The US 
• Canada 

In Australia, tightly enforced anti-spam regulations that cover all commercial electronic messaging for marketing and promotional purposes mean that SMS Mode is currently unavailable.

Due to these laws, it is not possible for us to reasonably obtain or support local Australian numbers from which to send campaigns, or to receive opt-out responses from users.
