To customise your Kiosk Campaign URL so that you can display a memorable link to customers, simply follow these steps:

1. Click 'Apply Changes to Request URLs' or 'Get Request URLs' when editing or setting up a 'Review Generation' campaign.

2. Copy the shortened Link Mode URL shown in the 'Link and Kiosk Mode URLs' pop-up.

3. Enter the URL into a browser — you should now see a long link starting with customfeedback.com.

4. Copy this URL.

5. Head over to bitly.com and use it to shorten your Kiosk Mode URL.

6. Within bit.ly, customize your Kiosk Mode URL to something more memorable that you'd be happy to print or display. This will not affect Kiosk Mode Reporting within BrightLocal.
