Our policy is that all payments are non-refundable, as stated in the Terms & Conditions. This means that unused time on your plan is not refunded when you cancel.
Exceptions are made only in specific cases (such as billing errors or service failures). You are welcome to note your refund request in the cancellation feedback – our team will review this on a case-by-case basis. However, unless it falls under an approved exception, a refund may not be possible.
