Where can I view Link Mode customer feedback?

Feedback from all of the following methods can be viewed within the Review Generation section of Reputation Manager (RM) in the 'Review Generation' tab:

• Email Mode
• Link Mode
• Kiosk Mode
• SMS Mode

Click the ‘View’ button next to the campaign to see:

• Individual feedback from customers
• Their NPS, star or thumb ratings
• Which review sites they visited
