Where can I view Link Mode customer feedback?

  2. Reputation Manager
  3. Get Reviews

Feedback from all of the following methods can be viewed within the 'Get Reviews' section of Reputation Manager in your BrightLocal account under the 'Review Generation' tab:

  • Email Mode
  • Link Mode
  • Kiosk Mode
  • SMS Mode

Click the ‘View’ button next to the campaign (shown above) to see:

  • Individual feedback from customers
  • Their NPS, star or thumb ratings
  • Which review site links they clicked through
