Which website / domain is used to get feedback in Link Mode?

Link Mode uses a separate domain that does not link back to BrightLocal: www.customfeedback.com

This domain is owned by BrightLocal, but doesn’t display any reference to BrightLocal.

All Link Mode pages can be customized with the business’s colors and logo.

Customers are sent reminder emails from no-reply@customfeedback.com.
