How do I turn on Link Mode?

Link Mode is available within Reputation Manager in the ‘Get Reviews’ section.

We provide a short URL link (via Bitly) that you can include:

• In your SMS feedback campaign
• In your email signatures
• On business cards

Existing campaigns

If you have an existing campaign already set up, please go to the 'Review Generation' tab in the Reputation Manager report and click on the green ‘Start a Review Generation Campaign' button (shown below in the red box).

You will now be on the ‘Get Started’ page, where you'll see a green ‘Get Request URLs’ button (see below — indicated by the red box).

Click this button to reveal a popup, where the Kiosk Mode and Link Mode URLs will appear. You can share the Link Mode URL with your customers to collect feedback.

The Bitly URLs redirect to a separate domain to BrightLocal: www.customfeedback.com

All Link Mode pages can be customized with the business’s colors and logo.

New campaigns

If you haven’t yet set up any reports or are setting up a new campaign for a different location, please go to the ‘Review Generation’ tab in the Reputation Manager report.

Choose an existing template from the dropdown (you can duplicate these and make changes), or simply create a new template — all of these options are shown within the red box below.

Then, choose the review sites where you would like to direct customers (below within the red box).

Once you've set up your template and selected which review sites to direct customers to, you will see a green ‘Get Requests URLs’ button (see below).

Click this button to reveal a popup, which will display the Kiosk Mode and Link Mode URLs. You can then share the Link Mode URL with your customers to collect feedback.
