How do I turn on Link Mode?

Link Mode is available within Reputation Manager (RM) in the 'Review Generation' section.

We provide a short URL link (via Bitly) that you can include:

• In your SMS feedback campaign
• In your email signatures
• On business cards

Existing campaigns

If you have an existing campaign already set up, go to the 'Review Generation' tab in the Reputation Manager report and click on the ‘+ Start a Review Generation Campaign' button.

Next, select the 'Apply Changes to Request URLs' or ‘Get Request URLs’ button.

This reveals the Kiosk Mode and Link Mode URLs. You can share the Link Mode URL with your customers to collect feedback.

The Bitly URLs redirect to a separate domain to BrightLocal: www.customfeedback.com

All Link Mode pages can be customized with the business’s colors and logo.

New campaigns

If you're setting up a new campaign, go to the ‘Review Generation’ tab in Reputation Manager.

Choose an existing template from the dropdown. You can duplicate a template and make changes, or simply create a new template.

Then, choose the review sites where you would like to direct customers.

Once you've set up your template and selected which review sites to direct customers to, select 'Apply Changes to Request URLs' or 'Get Request URLs'.

This reveals the Kiosk Mode and Link Mode URLs. You can then share the Link Mode URL with your customers to collect feedback.
