What AI Insights do
AI Insights read your location’s performance and turn it into a plain-English list of what’s working, what isn’t, and what to fix first. Each recommendation is prioritized, so you know where to focus your time.
Taking action
Clicking the ‘See all insights’ button will open a list of actions broken down into steps, as well as a report to the related report in BrightLocal.
Where possible, a recommendation points you straight to the tool you need. For example, an insight might tell you to align your Google Business Profile category with your top-ranking competitors, or suggest running a review-generation campaign in Reputation Manager if your review count is falling behind.
