Why Is Part of My Location Summary Showing “No Data Yet”? (New Platform)

You might notice that one or more modules on your Location Summary aren’t showing data yet. Here’s what each state means:

“This feature isn’t included in your plan”

You’ll see a preview of what the card would show, along with an upgrade option. Your data isn’t hidden here; the feature simply isn’t part of your current plan yet.

“No reports run yet”

This appears when a location has been added, but a report hasn’t yet run for that data area. You’ll need to generate the related report for the data to appear.

“Data is loading”

If a report is currently running, you’ll see a loading indicator. The rest of your Location Summary stays fully usable while you wait.
