How do I amend the sites or listings used on my Review Insights report?

You can select, add, edit or remove the sites used in your Reputation Manager (RM) report.

1. Edit Report Setting

Go to your 'Manage Reviews' report, hover over the 'Actions' dropdown and select 'Edit Report Settings'.

Under 'Review Sources', you can edit the sites being tracked in your report.

a. Selecting sites to track

Select the sites you want to track in your report by selecting the checkbox next to the source.

b. Adding listings

To add a listing that hasn't been found, select the '+ Add' button for that source.

Then paste the URL, and select 'Update'.

c. Edit or remove listings

To edit or remove an incorrect listing, select the 'Edit' button for that source.

Here you can edit the URL if it's incorrect, and select 'Update' to save any changes.

If instead you want to remove this listing, select 'Exclude'.

Once you're happy, you will need to select 'Update Report' and wait for the next scheduled report run to be able to view the updates.
