Is Reputation Manager HIPAA compliant?

HIPAA stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. The act restricts medical professionals' ability to interact or communicate with their patients online. 

A tool itself cannot be HIPAA compliant, but some tools, like Reputation Manager (RM), can be used in a HIPAA-compliant way.
