Is Reputation Manager HIPAA compliant?

HIPAA stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. The act restricts medical professionals in how they can interact or communicate with their patients online. 

A tool itself cannot be HIPAA compliant, but some tools, like Reputation Manager, can be used in HIPAA compliant way.
