Each Reputation Manager report is specific to a single location, and each Reputation Manager credit is only useable for one location. We use your address / location details to identify your listings on the review sites that we track.
So, for multi-location businesses, you will need to create one Reputation Manager report per location. Our handy Reputation Manager Enhanced Overview provides more information here.

when i have a customer with multiple locations do i have to enter each location separately, if so how does the citation listings recognize the same company at different locations
