Why can't I see my Location Score?

If your Location Score isn’t showing, there’s usually a simple reason behind it. Here’s what to check.

You haven’t generated an insight yet

Your Location Score is created as part of AI Insights. It only appears after your first insight has been generated.

To get started:

• Go to AI Insights
• Click Generate insights

Once it’s ready, your score will appear.

Your required reports aren’t set up

AI Insights relies on data from key reports. If these aren’t in place, a score can’t be generated.

Make sure you have:

• Local Search Grid
• Citation Tracker

Both reports need to be set up and run at least once.

You’re on a plan that doesn’t include AI Insights

AI Insights and your Location Score are available on Manage or Grow plans.

If you’re on the Track plan or a legacy plan, this feature won’t be available.

The location isn’t active

AI Insights only works for active locations. If your location is inactive, you won’t be able to generate a score.
