Your Reviews score is pulled from your Reputation Manager report for that location. If no Reputation Manager report exists for the location, we show "No data" instead of a score.
This is usually down to one of two things:

You're on a Manage or Grow plan and haven't set up a Reputation Manager report for this location yet.
Open Reputation Manager, add a report for the location, and your Reviews score will populate on your next AI Insight.For more information, see: How to create a Reputation Manager report
You're on a Track plan, which doesn't include Reputation Manager.
Review data is only available on Manage and Grow plans. Upgrading your plan will unlock it.

When Reviews shows "No data," the rest of your Location Score still calculates as normal. The Reviews component is left out of your Foundations score until a Reputation Manager report exists for the location.
