Switching to an annual plan is quick, and you can do it anytime from your BrightLocal account.
You’ll also save 25% compared to paying monthly over 12 months, so it’s a simple way to get more value from your subscription.
Go to your Billing details
Log in to your BrightLocal account and open the account menu.
Select 'Billing details'.

Choose to upgrade your plan
On the Billing details page, find your current subscription.
Click 'Upgrade / Downgrade' next to your plan.

Select the yearly option
You’ll now see your plan options.
- Choose the 'Yearly' billing option
- Select your plan tier
- Adjust your number of active locations if needed

Review your order
Before you confirm, you’ll see a full summary of your update, including:
- Your new location allowance
- A comparison of your current and new plan
- What you’ll pay today
- Your next payment date
When you upgrade, you’ll pay a prorated amount for the time left in your current billing cycle.
After that, your billing will switch to annual.
Click 'Pay Now' to proceed.

Enter billing details
If your billing or card details are not already saved, you’ll be asked to add them.
Select 'Continue to Card Details'.

Enter payment details
Enter your card details.
Select 'Pay Now'.

What happens next?
That's it! Once your payment is confirmed your plan will switch to annual straight away.
