Before we submit a business to a directory, we always search the directory for that business's existing listings.
Both an automated and a manual lookup are performed to ensure that we identify all existing listings before proceeding with data submission.
If we find an existing listing and the business information is correct, we will skip it and submit the business data to a different (‘replacement’) directory.
Should the business information on existing listings be incorrect or incomplete, we will claim the listing and update the data. We can only do this if the existing listing is open and available for us to claim or update.
