Why can’t I order more submissions through Citation Builder?

When creating a Citation Builder campaign, we provide a list of available new citations in step 2. This list is filtered based on the location and category of the business you are creating the campaign for.

If you have exhausted the list of available new citations through previous campaigns, there may not be any new citations that can be ordered at this time.

We are constantly updating our database of citations that we can submit to and so we encourage you to check again at a later date.
