Can I buy more citations after a Citation Builder campaign?

Yes, many users purchase additional citations for their clients every month using Citation Builder (CB).

To avoid confusion about which sites are being actively used in the campaign, we don't allow customers to purchase additional citations while their existing campaign is in the submitting to sites stage. 

Once a campaign has finished being actively worked on and has passed the live listing checks or reached the complete stage, additional citations can be purchased.

Buy more citations

On the Citation Builder overview page and on the campaign report page, you will see the 'buy more' button. Clicking this takes you to step 2 of the Citation Builder campaign setup process, where you can define how many more citations you want and hand-pick the sites.

You can also see which sites were used in your previous campaign(s), so you know not to add those again. If you do, however, want to update some of those sites, you can easily select them again.

In Step 3 of the Citation Builder campaign setup process, you can review the business data you would like to be submitted.

Please note: If you need to make changes to the business data, you can do so only in Location Manager.

Citation Builder campaign report

We add the new sites you selected to the same report you used for the previous campaign(s), so all sites and information are visible on one page.

The same email address and login/password details are also used across the additional sites to keep them consistent and simple for users to access, should they need to.
