Marketing and newsletter emails
If you’re receiving marketing or newsletter emails from BrightLocal and wish to opt out, you can click the 'Unsubscribe' link typically found at the bottom of those emails. This will remove you from promotional email lists.
If you want to adjust which emails you receive, you will find a 'Manage preferences' link at the bottom of those emails. Note that you will still receive essential account-related emails (for example, billing notices or important service announcements) even after unsubscribing from marketing messages.
Report email alerts
When setting up a report in BrightLocal, you can choose to recieve an email alert each time it’s finished running.
To turn email alerts on or off for a specific report:
Go to the report in your BrightLocal account.
Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.
Select Edit Report Settings.
On the settings page, scroll to the Email Alerts section. Here you can:
Enable/disable email alerts.
Update the emails that receive them.
Don’t forget to save your changes before you leave the page.
