If you can’t log in, first ensure you’re using the correct email (this is your username) and password. If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it – you’ll get an email with a reset link.
If you’re certain your credentials are correct but still can’t access, it’s possible your IP has been temporarily blocked after too many failed attempts. In that case, reach out to our support team, and they can then remove the IP block and help you regain access. After an IP block is lifted, it’s recommended to reset your password just in case. Once you reset or recover your credentials, you should be able to log in successfully.
