AI Insights can take up to 10 minutes to generate, depending on the amount of data it works with across your existing reports for a location. You can navigate away and come back at a later time if needed; you do not need to keep the page open for AI Insights to generate.
If your AI Insights are taking significantly longer than 10 minutes to generate, try refreshing the page to check the status.
If you see a failure message, please contact customer support at support@brightlocal.com with the name of the location you are trying to run AI Insights for, and our team will look into it for you.
