On busier days, it can take up to 15 minutes. This is expected, as AI Insights is working across multiple data sources to build a complete analysis.
If your insights take longer
If it’s been more than 15 minutes:
- Refresh the page to check the latest status.
- If the report shows as failed, contact our support team with the location name.
We’ll take a look and help get things back on track.
