How do I generate AI Insights for a location?

AI Insights are only available to users on a Manage or Grow plan. If you are on a Track plan, you will need to upgrade your plan to access AI Insights.

Choose location

First, select the location you want to generate AI Insights for by clicking "View" when on your All Locations page.

Required reports

For AI Insights to function, the following reports must be set up in your location at a minimum:

• Local Search Grid — How do I create a Local Search Grid report?
• Citation Tracker — How can I create a Citation Tracker report?

If you are on a Grow plan, setting up a Reputation Manager report is recommended to make the insights even more comprehensive.

Navigate to AI Insights

When viewing a location, look for the “AI Insights” section on the left navigation menu.

Generating AI Insights

Select "Generate Insights" to get started.

Once AI Insights have been generated, you will see the "Summary" and "At a Glance" sections, giving you a concise overview of your location's performance and some key next steps.
