How Often Do Insights Update?

AI Insights & Recommendations update in tandem with your data refresh cycles. This means whenever your BrightLocal reports gather new data, the AI will re-run its analysis and update the insights:

• For Local Rank Tracker and Local Search Grid, data typically updates weekly or monthly (depending on your report settings). After each update, the AI will look for any notable ranking movements and generate new insights accordingly.
   
• Citation Tracker is often updated weekly, monthly or on demand – each time it scans for citations, the AI will check for changes like new citations found or score improvements.
   
• Reputation Manager updates as new reviews come in, and so BrightLocal Brain can give you up-to-date insights on reviews frequently.

In practice, you could see AI insights change as often as every day, if there’s daily data and significant changes. Minor fluctuations may not trigger a new insight every time – the AI aims to avoid noise and focus on meaningful trends.

BrightLocal Brain’s recommendations will also update accordingly. Once you take action or the situation changes, the old recommendation might disappear and a new one might come.
