AI Insights brings together data from across your BrightLocal reports to build a clear, actionable picture. To get the most accurate insights, you’ll need to make sure a couple of key reports are set up first.
What you need in place
Before generating AI Insights, check that these reports are ready and have run at least once:
- Local Search Grid (required)
- Citation Tracker (required)
If you’re on the Grow plan, you can also connect:
- Reputation Manager
This adds deeper context to your insights, especially when it comes to review recommendations.
Keep your data fresh
AI Insights is only as current as the data behind it.
If your reports haven’t been updated in a while, your insights will reflect that. For example, if your Local Search Grid hasn’t run for a few months, the analysis will be based on older rankings.
For the best results, make sure your reports are up to date before you run AI Insights. That way, you’re working with a true reflection of where things stand right now, and where to go next.
