How do I unsubscribe from emails and the mailing list?

We work hard to ensure that we only send emails that are important, useful or valuable to our customers.

However, if you wish to unsubscribe from emails then please follow these steps:

Marketing Emails

Click on the 'unsubscribe' link that you will find in the footer of all emails and you will no longer receive marketing-related emails.

Report, Citation Campaigns and System Emails

To stop receiving report, citation campaign and system issues/update emails, you have two options:

1. Remove your email address from the report / citation campaign via the edit page for that report / campaign.
2. If you want to stop receiving ALL emails, please contact our Customer Success Team and they will action this for you.

Please note: We cannot unsubscribe you from important transaction emails such as payment receipts, payment confirmations, failed payment messages etc. as we are obliged to send them — they are necessary for your account to run smoothly.
