The listings on my report are marked as live, but when I check, it says 'claim this business'. Do I need to claim it?

During a Citation Builder (CB) campaign, some citation sites allow us to edit listings without actually claiming them. In these instances, we either submit a request to the site’s support team or simply suggest the edits via the feedback form. Once our edits go live, we update the campaign report with this information.

Almost all claim options require some sort of verification (that only a business owner can complete). Therefore, we only ensure that listing information matches the data submitted for the campaign, and leave verification to the business if they wish to do so*.
