Do I need a monthly subscription plan to use Active Sync?

Active Sync Essential is included as standard in the Manage and Grow subscription plans.

To enable Active Sync Plus (US and Canada locations only) on a Manage or Grow plan, the Active Sync Plus addon is required at the cost of $2/month, or $20/year per location.

If you have a Track subscription plan, you will need to upgrade to Manage or Grow to use Active Sync.
