How can I purchase Active Sync on a Simply Listings plan?

On a Simply Listings plan, you can purchase Active Sync for individual locations either from the Location Manager or through a Citation Builder campaign.

Location Manager

1. Log in to your BrightLocal account and go to the 'Locations Overview' dashboard. 

2. Find the Location that you want to purchase Active Sync for and click the 'View' button. 

3. Click on 'Location Manager' followed by 'Core Information' in the dropdown.

4. On this page, you will see 'Get Active Sync'. Click 'Buy Now' for Active Sync, or Active Sync Plus (only available for US and Canada locations).

5. Then confirm your purchase by clicking 'Pay Now'. You'll be asked to pay using the same payment method previously used on your BrightLocal account.

Once your payment has gone through, navigate back to the Location page and you'll see that the Location is now set up with Active Sync.

To upgrade another location to Active Sync, please repeat the above steps for each location.

Citation Builder

During step 2 of setting up a Citation Builder campaign, select 'Add' within the Active Sync section to include 12 months of Active Sync for that location in your order.

Once you have purchased your Citation Builder campaign, you will be able to manage your Active Sync subscription for that location on the Core Information page.
