The Location Manager will reflect the status and hours of your Google Business Profile if you’re using Active Sync.
If your business appears as “Closed” on all days in, it usually means the hours in your Google profile aren't set properly, or the profile was accidentally marked as temporarily closed.
Check Your Google Hours
You can log in to your Google Business Profile and verify the opening hours. If no hours are set, BrightLocal interprets that as closed (or Google may list you as “Closed” if nothing is specified).
Update your hours on Google for each day of the week.
Temporary Closure Status
Ensure the Google Business Profile isn’t marked as “Temporarily closed” or similar on Google. If it is, mark it as open.
Sync Update
After fixing the hours on Google, go back to BrightLocal. If you have Active Sync, it should update automatically within a day or so to reflect those changes.
Once the correct hours are in place on Google and the data syncs, you should no longer see the business as closed on all days in the Location Manager.
