How can I upgrade to Active Sync Plus on a Manage or Grow plan?

Please note: Active Sync Plus is only available for locations in the US and Canada.

On a Manage or Grow plan, Active Sync Essential will already be available for your active locations. To upgrade an active location to Active Sync Plus:

1. Log in to your BrightLocal account and go to the 'Locations Overview' dashboard. 

2. Find the Location that you want to purchase Active Sync for and click the 'View' button. 

3. Click on 'Location Manager' followed by 'Core Information' in the dropdown.

4. On this page, you will see Get Active Sync Plus. Click 'Buy Now'.

5. Then confirm your purchase by clicking 'Pay Now'. You'll be asked to pay using the same payment method previously used on your BrightLocal account.

Once your payment has gone through, navigate back to the Core Information page and you'll see that the Location is now set up with Active Sync.

To upgrade another location to Active Sync Plus, please repeat the above steps for each location.
