Why do I need to turn off syncing between Google Business Profile and Bing?

If your Bing Places listing is syncing with a Google Business Profile (formerly known as Google My Business), you’ll need to turn this off before using Active Sync. This is to avoid confusion and ensure the consistent synchronisation of listings.

1. Go to your Google Account and sign in.

2. Click ‘Security’ in the left-hand menu.

3. Scroll down to the ‘Third-party apps with account access’ section and click ‘Manage third-party access’.

4. Find the Bing app in the list and click on it. 

5. Click ‘Remove Access’ to remove the permissions and prevent syncing between Google Business Profile and Bing.
