If your business is located in Canada, you can customize the language settings to better suit your needs. You can choose between English and French and apply language preferences at the Location level. This means:
- The language chosen in Core Information will apply across the entire location, including all reports.
- Consistency will be maintained across all reporting and dashboard displays.
- Clients will receive reports in the same language as set for the Location.
Here’s how to set the language for a Location in Canada:
1. Click on 'All Locations' in the main menu. Find the Location that you want to set the language for and click 'View'.
2. In the menu on the left, click on the 'Location Manager' dropdown and select the 'Core Information' option that appears.
3. Scroll down to the 'Business Details' section and then choose either French or English under the 'Location Language' option.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to click 'Save' when you're done.
