How can I see my Citation Builder credit usage history?

You can view how many credits are remaining by visiting the Citation Builder (CB) overview page.

Within BrightLocal, you cannot see a breakdown of how many credits were used on a campaign or during a timeframe. You can, however, view monthly payment receipts, which contain details of the Citation Builder campaign cost here.

To find out your credit history, contact our Customer Success team, who can provide a full breakdown of:

• The number of credits used
• The dates when credits were used
• The name of campaigns on which credits were used
