How can I see my Citation Builder credit usage history?

You can view how many credits are remaining by visiting the 'Citation Builder' overview page.

Within BrightLocal, you cannot see a breakdown of how many credits were used on a campaign or during a timeframe. You can, however, view monthly payment receipts, which contain details of Citation Builder campaign cost here.

To find out your credit history, contact our Customer Success team, who can provide a full breakdown of:

• The number of credits used
• The dates when credits were used
• The name of campaigns on which credits were used
