How do I update my business’s address or information on listings using BrightLocal?

To update your business’s NAP (Name, Address, Phone) details across directories, you can use our Citation Builder service. In your account, go to Citation Builder and either start a new campaign or update an existing one with your correct business information.

Our team will then submit those changes to the directories you choose. If a listing already exists on a site, our team will attempt to update that existing listing with the new information (we may request login credentials for certain sites to make the change). If no listing exists, we’ll create a new one. All changes or submissions will be tracked in your campaign report.
