Yes! You can share or hand over all of the required details for the citations ordered through a Citation Builder campaign to your clients so that they can continue to manage them independently.
Manual Submissions
These are just two steps to hand over all the details your client will need to manage the citations created through a campaign themselves:
- Share the Citation Builder campaign report with your client.
You can download and share the Citation Builder campaign report as either an external URL report, PDF, or CSV file when viewing the report and selecting the ‘actions’ button found on the top-right of the page: - Share the login credentials required to login to the directories should they need to make any manual updates or edits.
The general login credentials can be found at the top of the Citation Builder report by selecting the ‘Citation Login Credentials’ button:
Please note: Some directories may require a unique set of login credentials, for example, if the username or password requirements vary across multiple directories.
External URL Report— The general login credentials can be found by selecting the ‘Citation Login Credentials’ button, which can be accessed when viewing this report. Any unique directory login credentials can be found within the notes button under the ‘Action’ column.
PDF Report—The general citation login credentials and any unique directory login credentials will need to be shared separately, as they cannot be accessed directly in this form of report.
CSV Report—The general citation login credentials cannot be accessed directly in this report and would need to be shared separately; however, any notes containing unique directory login credentials can be found under the ‘notes’ column when viewing the report.
Data Aggregators
As Data Aggregators are not ‘owned’ listings, there are no login credentials that can be shared with your client. These listings will continue to exist, even beyond the expiration date; however, should your client need to claim and update any Data Aggregator listings themselves, they would need to do so externally from BrightLocal.
