Can I edit a Citation Builder campaign that's in progress?

A Citation Builder (CB) campaign can only be updated before it reaches the 'submitting to sites' stage.

To request an edit to be made to a Citation Builder campaign in progress, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Location Manager page for the location that needs to be updated.

   

2. Ensure that all of the business information in Location Manager is up to date.
    
3. Contact our Customer Support team at support@brightlocal.com, quoting the campaign ID and providing details on any required edits.
