Can I cancel my Citation Builder campaign?

A Citation Builder (CB) campaign in progress can only be cancelled before it reaches the ‘submitting to sites’ stage.

To request cancellation of a Citation Builder campaign, please contact our Customer Support team at support@brightlocal.com, quoting the campaign ID and the reason for cancellation.
