Will my citation campaign continue if I cancel my BrightLocal plan?

Yes. If you cancel your BrightLocal subscription, any Citation Builder (CB) campaigns in progress will still continue to be fulfilled.

You’ll need to transfer to our free Simply Listings plan, which lets you log in and view your campaign results without an active paid subscription. There is no recurring charge on the free Simply Listings plan.

Because you purchase citation submissions separately, we will still deliver all the citations you ordered, even if you’re no longer a paying subscriber for other services. Just make sure you still log in with the same account to monitor the campaigns. Our support team can assist if you have trouble accessing the Citation Builder campaign report, but the citation work will continue and be completed as promised.
