Yes, that’s one of the main benefits of our Citation Builder service. If you have a change (say your business moved address or changed phone number) and you want that updated across the web, you can launch a new Citation Builder campaign to 'Update Existing Citations.' Provide your new business details, and our team will manually go through the selected directories to update your listing information. They will also fix or suppress old listings if needed. This is a one-time project approach and can cover dozens of sites, including Google, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, and many other local directories.
If selected in your campaign setup, we also work with data aggregators in some regions (like Foursquare, Data Axle, etc.). Submitting your updated info to these can indirectly push changes to many smaller sites over time.
For a comprehensive change like the example you gave (Google, Bing, Yell, Apple Maps, LinkedIn, etc.), a manual citation campaign is effective. We will essentially act as your agent to go into each platform and make the changes.
Please note: some sites, like Google Business Profile, might require you to give us temporary management access or provide verification codes, since those often need owner credentials to change.
We will inform you if any site needs action from your side. When you order a Citation Builder campaign, you’ll receive a report of all the updates made and any that require additional steps.
For a quote or pricing, the cost depends on the number of sites or whether you do it via an aggregator bundle. You can get pricing on the Citation Builder page by selecting the number of sites or packages you want to update.
