What information do you submit to directories?

When setting up a Citation Builder campaign, we request that you provide the following information:

•  Business name
•  Full address
•  Phone number
•  Website URL
•  Contact name and contact emails
•  Categories (primary and five additional)
•  List of services / products (up to five)
•  Logo and photos (up to three)
•  Business description (maximum 500 characters)
•  Opening hours
•  Payment methods
•  Social profile links (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)

We submit as much of the information as possible to each site in your campaign. Some sites will accept and display all of the above information, while some sites display a limited set of data on free listings. 

It is not currently possible to submit videos via Citation Builder.
