Does Citation Builder offer new submissions and claiming of existing listings?

Yes — we take care of both new submissions and claiming of existing listings.

New submissions are fairly straightforward, but claiming or editing existing listings can be more complicated. The approach taken can vary depending on the directory.

We take care of all email verifications, but not phone verifications. If a site requires phone verification, then we do everything we can (i.e. create account, submit data) up to the point phone verification is required, and then let you know how to complete the phone verification.

When you select the sites you want us to handle in a campaign, you can see which sites have existing listings and which do not, so you can select these with full knowledge of what to expect.
