Does Citation Builder offer new submissions and claiming of existing listings?

Yes, we take care of both new submissions and claiming of existing listings through a Citation Builder (CB) campaign.

New submissions are fairly straightforward, but claiming or editing existing listings can be more complicated. The approach taken can vary depending on the directory.

We take care of all email verifications, but not phone verifications. If a site requires phone verification, we do everything we can (i.e., create an account and submit data) up to the point when phone verification is required, and then let you know how to complete it.

When you select the sites you want us to handle in a campaign, you can see which sites have existing listings and which do not, so you can select these with full knowledge of what to expect.
