How can I contact the Citation Builder team?

Whenever you need to contact our Citation Builder team or request an update to your data aggregator listing, use the ‘Ask a Question’ button at the bottom of your campaign report page. You can use this to:

• Check the status of your campaign
• Request an update on your campaign
• Ask general questions about verification
• Report any issues with your campaign

Please note: The Citation Builder team does NOT have the tools to initiate or make outbound calls to assist customers.
