Can you delete citations with Citation Builder?

Yes, we can try to remove listings selected in a Citation Builder (CB) campaign instead of updating them; just make sure to note this request in the campaign notes section.

If removal isn’t possible, we’ll either mark the business as closed or request that the listing's information be updated to unrelated data so it’s no longer linked to your business.
