Before we submit listings in a Citation Builder campaign, our team will perform a number of pre-submission checks to ensure that the business details provided are accurate and consistent with the business website and Google Business Profile, if applicable.
If we suspect any data is wrong, you are emailed on two occasions to request confirmation as part of this process. If the discrepancies that we have identified are minor and we don't hear back from you within 24-48 hours (on average), we'll begin submissions based on the data you've supplied. For more serious discrepancies, we will pause the campaign and won’t start the submissions until we hear back from you.
When a campaign is placed on hold, you will be notified on your Citation Builder campaign report page, and our team will email you with further details.

Please refer to the ticket for further details and respond with confirmation of the correct submission details to be used for the campaign as soon as possible to ensure that the campaign can be resumed.
