Can I create one Citation Builder campaign for several Locations at once?

Each Location needs its own Citation Builder (CB) campaign to create and edit any existing listings.

We can't submit multiple Locations in one campaign. For example, if you had six Locations all wanting citations to be created or edited, you would need to create six Location-specific Citation Builder campaigns.

Less than 50 Locations

You need to create one Citation Builder campaign per Location if you have fewer than 50 Locations.

The process can be sped up by bulk-importing Locations into your account by syncing your Google Business Profile (formerly known as Google My Business) to pull in the data, or by uploading via CSV.

You can bulk-import locations by following these steps:

1. Log into your BrightLocal account
2. Go to All Locations
3. Clicking + Add Location(s)
4. Select Two or more Locations
5. Select Upload Location details using a CSV file, then click Next
6. Follow the instructions to upload and import your Locations
